Why are they given?
A
In VFIB and pVT
After 3rd shock
- 1mg adrenaline
- 300mg amiodarone
In PEA and astyole
- 1mg adrenaline every 3-5mins

A
4H’s + 4T’s
Hypoxia
Hypothermia
Hyper/hypokalemia + metabolic conditions e.g. hypoglycaemia
Hypovoleamia
Thrombus
Tamponade
Toxins (check Kardex)
Tension pneumothorax
