- check for patency
- OXYGEN - non-rebreather/bag and mask +/- airway adjunct

Breathing
O2 sats
- LOOK - expose and look at chest (any obvious deformities)
- FEEL - chest expansion, percussion, tracheal deviation
- LISTEN - listen to chest, front and back if poss
?CHANGE POSITION

Circulation
ECG
Temp, CRT, pulse, BP
Heart sounds
FLUIDS
BLOODS/ABG

Disability
Temp
Pupillary reflex
GCS calculation
DEFG

Everything else
Kardex
Fully expose and check for bleeding
Ask for a fuller PMH
