How does deoxygenated blood get to the heart and leave it again?
A
- It returns through the vena cava
- It enters the right atrium and a valve contracts to force it into the right ventricle
- It leaves the heart through the pulmonary artery

How does oxygenated blood get to the heart and leave it again?
A
- it returns to the heart through the pulmonary vein
- it enters the left atrium which contracts to force the blood into the left ventricle
- the left ventricle forces blood into the aorta
