Spray your area with disinfectant and wipe FROM THE BACK TO THE FRONT
Wash your hands before and after creating a lawn of bacteria
Flame the forceps before each antiseptic

Spread 100 micro litres of the bacteria
Add a paper disk to a solution with sterilised forceps then remove and put in the bacteria
Gently press the disc flat
Seal the lid in three places
Incubate at 25 degrees for 48-72 hours

Measure the inhibition zone’s diameter from side to side and top to bottom then find an average
