A
  • Symmetrical Distal tingling/burning/sensory loss of the legs
  • Impaired propioception and vibration sense
  • Muscle weakness
  • Hyperreflexia
  • UMN signs in the legs first
  • Positive Romberg’s sign

A
  • IM B2 injections followed by oral supplementation
  • Some neuro symptoms can become irreversible
