How does CMT present?

A
  • High foot arches
  • Distal muscle wasting (inverted champagne bottle legs)
  • Lower leg weakness
  • Weakness in the hands
  • Reduced tendon reflexes
  • Reduced muscle tone

How is CMT managed?

A
  • Physio and OT input
  • Analgesia for neuropathic pain
  • Surgery for any specific joint deformities
