A
Sudden enlargement of a pituitary tumour usually secondary to haemorrhage or infection

A
- Sudden onset headache
- Vomiting
- Neck stiffness
- Visual field defect: bitemporal superior quadrantic defect
- Pituitary insufficiency

A
- MRI
- Urgent steroid replacement due to loss of ACTH
- Fluid balancing
- Surgery
