A
Weakness of the foot dorsiflexors

What causes foot drop?
A
- Common peroneal nerve lesion
- L5 radiculopathy
- Sciatic nerve lesion

How does foot drop present?
A
- Weakness of foot dorsiflexion and eversion
- Normal reflexes
- If weakness of hip abduction as well -> L5 radiculopathy is the cause

How is foot drop managed?
A
- Conservative management
