  • Fever which spikes high ever 48 hours
  • Fatigue
  • Headache
  • N+V
  • Myalgia
  • Pallor
  • Hepatosplenomegaly

A
  • Malaria blood film
  • 3 negative samples over 3 consecutive days are needed to exclude malaria
