How does psoriatic arthritis present?
- Plaques of psoriasis on skin (scalp or umbilicus)
- Pitting of nails
- Dactylitis
- Enthesitis
- Osteolysis
- Thickening of nail and separation of nail from nailbed
What is dactylitis?
Inflammation of the finger
What is enthesitis?
Inflammation of the enthesis
What is osteolysis?
Telescoping of the finger

- Asymmetrical oligoarthritis
- Symmetrical polyarthritis
- Spondylitis
- Distal interphalangeal joint arthritis

What is asymmetric oligoarthritis?
Less than 5 joints
What is symmetrical polyarthritis?
More than 5 joints
