- Inhibits accumulation of inflammatory cells at inflammation sites, phagocytosis, lysosomal enzyme release/synthesis, release of mediators of inflammation.
- Prevents/suppresses cell-mediated immune reactions.
- Decrease/prevents tissue response to the inflammatory process.
- Increase the amount of beta 2 receptors available
