  • Hypersensitivity (Inc other NSAIDS)
  • Active peptic ulcer disease
  • History of recent GI bleeding
  • Advanced renal impairment
  • Confirmed or suspected cerebral vascular bleeding
  • Use prior to major surgery
  • Use during labor and delivery; breast feeding
  • Concurrent use with other NSAIDs
  • Sub-arachnoid hemorrhage

Try to avoid using in patients with impaired renal or hepatic function. The drug isn’t recommended in children as the safety and efficacy has yet to be established.
