- Are you able to handle multiple assignments at once?
Yes, I’ve often juggled different tasks—from studying Biochemistry and working as an EMT to caring for my kids. I prioritize each assignment, break it into steps, and tackle them in a logical order.
- Are you able to handle a busy schedule?
Yes. i Have an extremely busy schedule now. I work one day a week. I go to school three days a week and i work in a lab another 3 days a week.
- Tell me about a time you’ve had to multitask.
When I’m work as an emt if i have flash cards out and study in between jobs. On my commute into school i have my laptop out and study for about half of my commute.
- What has been the highlight of your undergraduate years?
Honestly, going back to college later in life and juggling a full course load while parenting has been a huge highlight. It showed me I can handle stress and still excel academically. Being surrounded by motivated classmates also reinvigorated my love for learning.
- What extracurricular activity will benefit you most as a PA?
Working as an EMT on weekends made a big difference. I gained real-world patient contact, Those experiences will help me transition into PA school more smoothly.
- What was your biggest accomplishment from undergrad?
Maintaining a high GPA while completing a lot of credits in a short span felt like a major achievement. Balancing my family life, studying Biochemistry, and working part-time wasn’t easy, but it proved to me that I have the discipline and time-management skills to succeed in a demanding program.
