Dosage of LR

A

Hypovolemic Shock: titrate to effect

Hypoperfusion: 20ml/kg IV/IO over 15 mins.

Neonates: Fluid bolus: 10ml/kg IV over 5-10 mins, multiple bonuses may be adm if the pt remains hypovolemic.
