This is the samurai radical on top of the mouth radical. If you get to hear what a samurai says, you’ll have really good luck. Samurai are pretty hard to find nowadays, which is probably why my luck has been so bad…

Guard
This radical is made up of horns and older brother. But those aren’t really horns, they’re a part of your older brother’s new guard uniform. He’s a guard now, of a bank or a museum. You don’t know which, but you know he stands around a lot in his uniform now.
