- Jan 29, 2002, Governor Gray Davis directed all agencies to actively address the issue
- Area SOP needs to contain local shelters
- SOP for homeless organizations that can assist
- Include MIRP information within answer
- Work with CalTrans. Per COVID-19 regs, AC/F approval is required. Has to be an emergency to clean, Safety Concern.
- City or County may have resources
- Discuss at town hall meetings
- What about the children…. Work together to assist
