• Commanders Actions set the tome for how the command performance is perceived internally and externally.
• They have attended Middle Mangers and Command Course, what else can they attend.
• Assign a mentor commander
• Weekly meetings
• Finger on the pulse with the troops
• Attend Community meetings with Commander to teach
• Look over and discuss Command Inspection Program and Chapter 34, Command Assessment
• Help them to engage
• Program 10 stats
• WOPPR report
• Hold Accountable
• Build Rapport, family issues, not trained,
• Action Plan, 30, 60, 90 day plans….
• Public Trust, liabilities, Risk Management and Lead from the front to set the example!!!
