affects Na and B/Ca block

Adverse Effects
A
Pulmonary Fibrosis Hepatic Injury Increase HDL cholesterol Thyroid disease (as amiodarone has similar structure to thyroid) rarely photosensitivity & optic neuritis

Drug Interactions
A
may not reduce dose of digoxin
monitor warfarin closely
