Type 1 is estrogen responsive and much more common
Type 2 is worse prognosis, and rare and not related to estrogen

Means need endometrial biopsy b/c might be endometrial
Indications for endometrial biopsy?
35 or older with weird bleeding
Bleeding with risk factors no matter the age
Eosinophilia differential?

Meds for illeus?
Neostigmine, erythromycin, metaclop
Tx of vaginal squamous cell carcinoma?
Radiation
Lichen planus tx?
Steroids after biopsy to rule out cancer
Psamomma bodies in ovary?
Mucinous cystadenoma (benign b/c not cystadenocarcinoma)
B/c calcium deposition they have psamomma bodies
Stromal cell tumors are usually benign (granulosa theca or sertoli Leydig cells).
What do they do?
tx?
Secrete Estrogen
Or androgen (sertoli leydig)
Unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy to make sure benign on pathology
Alpha fetoprotein in ovarian?
yolk sac tumor (germ cell)
CA-125? good marker for ovarian treatment
AND MOST OFTEN epithelial cancers (b/c irritating to peritoneum)
hCG with what type of ovarian cancer?
Chorio germ
LDH or Estrogen with what type ovarian cancer?
various germ cell cancers
