A

Shock first, then CPR, Then creshock

Then epi every 3-5 mins. Shock every 2 minutes.

Then vasopressin to replace epic if you need to

SVT tx?

A

Vagal maneuver. valsalva, massage, face into water

Slows it down you so can see it

Adenosine. ONLYY 3 of them

Then AV slower, beta blockade or whatever cci

Tx of Afib of unknown duration?

A

Rate with beta blocker, diet, or verapamil or dig

Amiodarone can be done
anticoag with heparin

A

Never SHOCK b/c they are having rhythm
