A

Wilms is renal flank mass with hematuria and HTN

Neuroblastoma is adrenal or ganglia mass and does not cause hematuria

What is the treatment?

A

Start at age 7 when socially aware

Tx is mostly behavioral
Motivation, Restrict fluid before bed, scheduled awakening to pee, enuresis alarm, DESMOPRESSIN
