what is the key word to look out for if there is possible organophosphate poisioning>
anticholinesterase
what evidence would confirm organophosphate poisoning?
collonergic effects- salivation, bronchospasm, sweating, nausea, bradycardia
and key word- anticholinesyerase
what are the evidence for excessive cholinergic effects?
salivation compromising airway and or bradycardia with inadequate perfusion
what should be done under general care for a patient with suspected organophosphate poisoning?
remove clothing and wash skin thoughrougly with soap and water
