What are the three things used to confirm meningococcal septicaemia?

A

Typical Purpuric rash
septicaemia sings: fever, chills, rigour, joint/muscle pain, cold hands/feet, tachyponea, tachycardia and hypotension
Meningococcal sings: neck stiffness, photophobia, nausea/vomiting, altered consciousness

A

Ig ceftriaxone IV administered slowly over two minutes and RX perfusions per inadequate perfusion
