What is flexibility?
The range of movement possible at a joint.
Sporting example: A diver needs to be flexible to complete flips - Tom Daly.
What is cardiovascular fitness?
The ability to exercise your whole body for long periods of time.
Sporting Example: A long distance runner needs good cardiovascular fitness - Kipchoge.
