What is soft tissue injury (Joint Injury)?
When joints are overstretched or taken beyond its normal range
What are sprains?
A sprain is a damaged ligament when a joints normal range is stretched past
What are strains?
A twist or a tear when muscles or a tendons are overstretched
What is a Torn Cartilage?
Cartilage absorbs bones impact and can be damaged due to wear or tear from long-term overuse
What are Fractures?
A broken or cracked bone due to contact or over-use
What are Dislocations?
When a bone or joint is forced out of it’s normal position due to a hard blow
What are abrasions?
Abrasions or grazes are caused by a tackle or just falling over during a game
What are concussions?
An impact to the head that causes unconsciousness, confusion or memory loss
