Rest
Period of time allocated to recouvery
Recouvery
Repair of damage to the body caused by training or competition
Adaptation
Your body’s response to training and how your body changes to cope with a new activity
Overtraining
Training beyond your body’s ability to recover
Reversibility
When you are decreasing in fitness rather than increasing in fitness or remaining at current level
When would someone be most vunerable to reversibility?
Injury or illness or just a rest period maybe in the summer when the season finishes
How to work out karvonan formula
Heart rate deserves (maximum - resting heart rate) multiplied by the percentage of intensity plus your resting heart rate
(Max HR - resting HR) x (% of intesity + RHR)
