Sometimes known as good cholersterol, removes bad cholesterol
Why is a balanced diet important to maintain a healthy lifestyle
. It provides our body with the right amount of energy to live healthily and perform in physical activity
Eating too little can lead to
- muscle atrophy
- fatigue
- depression
- dizziness
Eating too much can lead to
- diabetes
- heart disease
- osteoporosis
- mobility issues

Why is a physically active lifestyle important
It makes an individual healthy and fitness levels increase and decreases the chances of a sedentary lifestyle

Why is physical activity important for sleep and rest
If you work in the day, you need sleep to rest the body. The more you work and exercise, the more deeper, more productive nights sleep.
What happens if you exercise too late
If you exercise too late sleep decreases as serotonin and endorphins are released
How do recreational drugs effect us
Legal: caffine, nicotine, ethanol - all negative impact on our bodies, accepted in society
Illegal: heroin, cocaine, LSD, ecstacy, cannabis not accepted in society. They have a negative and harmful effects and can be highly dangerous
