CT w/o contrast shows star sign
LP if CT negative, xanthochromia shows it was not a traumatic tap
Complications of subarachnoid hemorrhage (5)
vasospam (tx with CCBs) rerupture hydrocephalus seizure due to blood SIADH
Tx for subarachnoid hemorrhage
