The “hall technique” means caries are sealed in but not treated. It should not progress as the bacteria have no access to substrate.

They arise from furcation complications, whereas adult abscesses arise from the root apex.

Inadequate development of enamel
What is dentinogenesis imperfecta?
Inadequate development of dentine.
