what is the difference between food groups and nutrient groups
food groups refer to different categories of food based on nutritional characteristics while food nutrients are specific chemical components of the food

food test for sugar ( name, start and ending colour)
Benedicts test, starts blue turns brick red
food test for starch ( name, start colour, end colour)
Iodine test, starts orange/brown nd ends blue/black
food test for protein ( name, starting colour, end colour)
Biuriets reagent, starts blue and ends purple
Food test for lipids ( name, colour start and end)
Emulsion test, starts colourless and turns white/milky/cloudy
