‘y’ - use as a pronoun
- It replaces nouns that are introduced with “ à “
e. g. Tu penses aux livres? Oui, j’y pense. - It replaces a place
e. g. Es-tu déjà allé en france? Oui, J’y suis allé l’été dernier.
‘en’ - use as a pronoun
En means ‘of them’, ‘of it’ or ‘some’.
- It replaces words about quantity.
e. g. j’ai deux enfants → j’en ai deux - It replaces words with de.
e.g. ils ont beaucoup d’argent → ils en ont beaucoup
elle a bu du café → elle en a bu

Translate:
Is she back from the bakery? Yes, she’s back from it.
Revient-elle DE la boulangerie? → Oui, elle EN revient.
