an individuals desire to form long term relationships. in business it can be shown through social interactions, team building, feeling included in the business and decisions.
the drive to learn
an individuals desire to continually learn new things. in business it can be shown in constantly learning new things, training and development programs, job sharing.
the drive to defend
an individuals desire to protect themselves and those whom they care. in business it can be shown through employees defending the companies values and beliefs. standing up for the team and their position.
