A
V– fib, V–tach, digitalis toxicity, Hypersensitivity

Digoxin: Adult dose
A
Loading dose of 4-6mcg/kg over 5m, 2nd and 3rd dose boluses of 2-3mcg/kg at 4-8h intervals

A
Must be on EKG, WPW arrhythmia; may cause dysrhythmias, N/V, rashes
