I should ensure that room utilized for temporary detention receive regular scheduled inspections for and determine with if unsafe conditions are developing. Deficiencies shall be addressed upon identification through the Troop commander

Troop commanders shall provide division commanders of field services an administration report detailing policies and procedures related to TEMP detention areas. How often?

A

Annually. This report should also be forwarded to the division comm of field services no later than November 30.
