What happens if I’m on leave and I get notified for court?

A

Notify your supervisor immediately upon receipt of a subpoena, summons, court order.

Supervisors shall make every effort to postpone the court date, or provide a substitute, witness, where feasible inappropriate.

As a last resort, the employee shall appear in court as ordered. Any questions or concerns regarding appearances in court shall be forwarded to the Legal Section

A

All issued department, firearms and ammunition.
All issue department UF equipment
Assigned vehicle along with vehicle issued equipment
Fuel card transponder, Snow gate card.

A

The colonel may grant employees authorized leave of absence without pay for up to 90 DAYS.

Must provide 30 DAYS advance, notice, or if unforeseen as soon as possible.

The written request shall contain the following :
