Controlled processes are those that require our conscious attention to a fairly high degree, such as driving, carrying on a conversation, or taking notes in your psychology class
What is altered state of consciousness and give examples
An altered state of consciousness is a change in one’s normal mental state . For example daydreaming, being hypnotized, being under the influence of certain drugs.
