Interscalene biggest risks
Phrenic nerve paralysis is most common with this block- important for severe COPD patients
Horners- although indicative of successful block, ptosis, miosis, anhidrosis

Pneumo is greates with this block (cough, chest pain, dyspnea)
Especially in taller patients
