A

Obstruccion del tracto biliar, causa ictericia neonatal por obstrucción progresiva del flujo biliar y conduce a cirrosis hepatica

Sospechar en pacientes RN con

A

Ictericia persistente despues de la segunda semana de vida con o sin heces palidas u orina obscura, e ictericia. En etapas tardias se observa anemia, ascitis, y hepatoesplenomegalia.
