headache, D/constipation, dizziness, prolonged QT interval–>torsades–>vFib
works better if administered prophylactically

H1 block: sedation, dry mouth
D2 block: EPS
A1 block: orthostatic hypoTN
do NOT give to children<2yo
infiltration causes gangrene

blocks D2, 5HT3 and promotes gastric motility
EPS, drowsiness
do NOT take >3months
