- prinzmetal/variant: coronary artery vasospasms

nitroglycerin - taken at onset
isosorbide - prophylactic, 12h duration

- sit or lie down at onset of pain
- place tablet SL
- wait 5min
- if pain persists, call 911 and place another tablet SL
- wait 5min
- take final (3rd) tablet
