  2. avoid direct treatment of thyroid
  3. dont treat over heart or pacemaker
  4. children 14 and under = 50% freq
  5. history of organ transplant
  6. over hemorrhage
  7. malignancy
  8. pyrexia
  9. within a frew weeks after steroid shot
  10. throughout pregnancy
