There is a legal and ethical requirement for clients, but with limits. The limits have to do with legal mandates such as reporting child abuse or danger to self or others

Requests for Information:

A SW cannot share information with others who request information about the client, unless authorization and consent is received from the client

Do not acknowledge that the client is even a client as this is breaking confidentiality
