Chest pain- pleuritic improves on leaning forwards

Tachycardia
Tachypnoea
Becks Triad
-Raised JVP
-Muffled heart sounds
-Hypotension
Pulsus parodoxus- decrease in systolic BP >10 on inspiration
What are features of Furunoculosis?
Infection of hair follicle in ear canal
Caused by staph
Pain at sight of lesion
Pain worsened by pressure on tragus or pinna movememtn
Most resolve on their own within 4-10 days
What are features of cystic hygromas?
Jugular lymphatic sac
Occurs on left side in posterior triangle
Soft painless mass that transilluminates
