What causes bacterial keratitis?
Staph aureus
Pseudomonas in contact lens wearers
What are features of Actinic Keratosis?
Premalignant lesion- can turn into SCC
Flat or thickened papules which can be scaly or crusty
Can be pink/brown/red
Often on sun exposed sites
Treat with topical iquimod, fluorouracil
Cryotherapy
Curettage
What are findings in ASD?
Ejection systolic murmur
Splitting of S2
What are side effects of Bleomycin?
Pulmonary fibrosis
What are side effects of Vincristine?
Peripheral neuropathy
What are side effects of Cisplatin?
Low K/Mg/Ca
What are side effects of Cyclophosphamide?
Haemorrhagic Cystitis
Co-prescribe MESNA
What are side effects of Doxorubicin?
Acute cardiotoxicity
What is the management of PTSD?
Trauma focussed CBT or EMDR
If drug treatment required then sertraline or risperidone
