  10. monitor time of entry personnel vs. suspected air cylinder time
  11. notify IC/ sector officer if personnel are unaccounted for or seem to be reaching SCBA limit
  12. report ot IC as ordered
  13. conduct/ participate in PAR, if ordered by IC
  14. ensure that non-FF, who are authorized by IC to enter hot zone, are accompanied by fire personnel
  15. forward completed EC Worksheet to IC for submission to Admin.
