  2. use low pressure water and soap to remove debris

  1. remove helmet and place in plastic bag
  2. remove SCBA/ face piece and set aside for decon
  3. remove FF gloves and balaclava and place in same plastic bag
  4. don nitrile gloves
  5. don N95 mask
  6. remove bunker gear and boots and place in same plastic bag
  7. consider doffing fatigues and donning new fatigues or tyvex suit (situational)
  8. seal bag and set aside for transportation

  1. expand wipe to full size
  2. begin cleaning at neck, throat, jaw, face areas (eyes, ears, nose)
  3. continue to other area of exposure: hands, wrists, lower extremities, groin
  4. when both sides soiled, discard in sealed bag for disposal
