Q

Diagnosis?

A

  • Epidemiology – clinical signs
  • Diagnosis of the disease: detection of the agent - isolation of the agent (uterus, cervix), PCR
  • Diagnosis of carriers

o Detection of the agent: isolation of the agent: clitoris, praeputium, urethra, semen; PCR

o Detection of antibodies: ELISA, CFT (limited diagnostic value)
