Vaccinations for replacement gilts.
A
- Leptospira (Canicola, Grippotyphosa, Hardjo, Icterohaemorrhagiae, Pomona)
- Parvovirus
- Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae
- Porcine Circovirus Type 2 (PCV2)
- Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae
- Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome virus (PRRS) – for positive herds (may include live virus inoculation in some farms)
- Autogenous vaccines

Vaccinations for pre-breeding.
A
- Leptospira (Canicola, Grippotyphosa, Hardjo, Icterohaemorrhagiae, Pomona)
- Parvovirus
- Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae
sows only get one dose at weaning

Vaccinations for pre-farrow.
A
- Escherichia coli F4-6
- Clostridium perfringens Type C
- Influenza – Some do 1 dose others do 2 doses. Usually done at 6 and 4 weeks pre-farrow
- PED: Vaccine or natural oral exposure.
Gilts 2 doses at 5 and 3 weeks pre-farrow; sows 1 dose at 3 weeks pre-farrow)

Vaccinations for boars.
A
- Leptospira (Canicola, Grippotyphosa, Hardjo, Icterohaemorrhagiae, Pomona)
- Parvovirus
- Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae
- Anything given to the sow herd quarterly will usually be given to boars
(usually vaccinated quarterly or at least every 6 months)

Vaccinations for growing pigs:
A
- Porcine Circovirus Type 2 (PCV2) – At weaning and 3 weeks later
- Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae – Usually at same time as PCV2
- Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae – Usually only for pigs growing in summer months
