- Same as Qi stagnation, plus signs of heat:
- Headaches at the temples or eyes
- Red face
- High pitch to tinnitus
- Anger or rage

A
- Chronic Qi stagnation, plus heat from diet or emotions

A
- Avoid energetically hot foods and substances: Sugar, alcohol, coffee, black tea, fizzy drinks, red meats, hot spices, fried greasy food, onion, garlic, processed foods

Eat
A
- Cooling foods: Bitter greens and fruits, watermelon, celery

Lifestyle
A
- Avoid stress at all costs
- Avoid strong exercise, hot yoga etc.
- Take only moderate exercise e.g. walking in nature or Qi Gong
