Whitish gray center and erythematous ring or border

When this white patches are wiped away, the underlying surface appears red and sore

Laboratory Assessments
- CBC - to reveal infection
- Cytologic culture and Gram stain Testing - to identify causative agent

Soft, bland, non-acidic foods
